about

No serious contemplation of 1966 would be be complete without an acknowledgement of Burt Bacharach (who released “Alfie,” “Casino Royale,” and “The Look of Love” in 1966). This is “Bacharachanalia” a loving tribute to his soundtrack work as part of our ever-growing Vanilla ’66 album. So, flugelhorns…do your stuff. This song is another soundtrack to an imaginary movie from the titular year, and we will release each individually until complete (at which point a CD or vinyl album will be released).
