This is “Coil Memory” the 15th song from Vanilla’s ever-expanding “Pish Posh” mega collection. The song features Soda Cracker Jesus, and is co-written by Jayson Jarmon and Regan Lane. It also features Strangely Alright’s Raymond Hayden on piano— it’s a Tacoma Tour de Force!

There are three different lead singers in the song. See if you can spot Regan, Jay, and Sean (hint: that’s the order of appearance).

“Coil Memory” is about the risk of snapping back into old patterns and behaviors that hurt ourselves and others.
