Let’s celebrate the vernal equinox and the first day of spring with another new Vanilla song, “Enter Equinox” — the 17th tune from our ever-growing “Pish Posh” mega-collection. It’s our little springtime gift to you!
If you live in the PNW like us, escaping the workplaces, computer monitors and the florescent lights of our rainy and overcast day-to-day lives REALLY MATTERS. Sunshine pop for the rain refugees!
For 96 days we’ve seen no shadows. It’s all florescence inside
The monitor glows it seems so shallow. Sure enough were losing our stride
Looking back I can see the sunrise and feel the temp starting to soar.
I don’t need no reason I give back this season and all of this wet and cold
When days last longer we never bother with how were gonna use up the day
We’re casting shadows with friends that we know. So what time can you come out to play?
Looking back I can see the sunrise and feel the temp starting to soar.
I don’t need no reason I give back this season and all of this wet and cold.
The world is tilting slight…..getting bright…now that the days get longer
Another year is sold……getting old….I’m sure that the light makes us stronger
Around for another spin shall we go round again until next time
The bounty is pulled from fruitful places as the floor gets colder and dry
I’m losing time as the clock erases. This fall back has darkened the sky
Looking back I can see the sunrise and feel the temp starting to soar.
I don’t need no reason I give back this season and all of this wet and cold
This shouldn’t come as a surprise. You know next season you’ll realize
